- 1.Add ice to a highball glass until it's three-quarters full.
- 2.Pour 100ml of Oroma Carajillo over the ice.
- 3.Add 15ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
- 4.Pour 15ml of orgeat syrup into the glass.
- 5.Stir gently for about 10 seconds to mix.
- 6.Float 30ml of chilled black tea on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- 7.Serve immediately.
