- 1.Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice water; let it sit while you prepare the drink.
- 2.Fill a shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- 3.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the shaker.
- 4.Add 15ml of Blanco Tequila to the shaker.
- 5.Add 10ml of Cinnamon Simple Syrup to the shaker.
- 6.Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- 7.Discard the ice water from the coupe glass.
- 8.Double strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
