INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  3. 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Carajillo from the can into the shaker.
  4. 4.Add 25ml Campari to enhance the bitter notes.
  5. 5.Pour 15ml dark chocolate liqueur into the shaker for richness.
  6. 6.Add 10ml of chilled espresso to heighten the coffee flavor.
  7. 7.Shake the mixture vigorously until well chilled, approximately 15 seconds.
  8. 8.Take the highball glass out of the freezer.
  9. 9.Double strain the mixture into the chilled highball glass.
  10. 10.Top with soda water to add a refreshing effervescence.
