- 1.Chill a martini glass in the refrigerator or by filling with ice water.
- 2.Once chilled, discard the ice water and dry the glass.
- 3.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 4.Add 100ml of Oroma Carajillo to the shaker.
- 5.Pour in 30ml of pineapple juice for tropical flair.
- 6.Add 20ml of coconut cream for richness.
- 7.Squeeze in 15ml of fresh lime juice to balance the sweetness.
- 8.Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
