Enhanced by zesty lime, creamy coconut water, and sweet orgeat syrup, this drink is a symphony of flavors topped with a dash of effervescent club soda for a sparkling finish.

- 1.Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer for about 10 minutes or fill it with ice water while preparing the drink.
- 2.Once the glass is chilled, discard any ice or water from the glass.
- 3.Shake 100ml Oroma Carajillo in a shaker to ensure it's properly mixed.
- 4.In a shaker filled with ice, pour the 100ml Oroma Carajillo.
- 5.Add 15ml fresh lime juice for a burst of zesty spring freshness.
- 6.Pour in 15ml coconut water to enhance the tropical flair.
- 7.Introduce 15ml orgeat syrup to sweeten and add a nutty depth.
- 8.Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold to touch.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled coupe glass.
- 10.Top with a small splash (about 10ml) of club soda for a bit of effervescence.
- 11.Serve immediately to enjoy at its freshest.
