The Volcano Margarita is a tropical twist on the classic margarita, blending the rich flavors of Oroma Carajillo with fresh lime juice and orange liqueur. A touch of coconut cream adds creamy depth, while a salt-rimmed glass brings out the vibrant citrus notes.

- 1.Chill the margarita glass by placing it in the freezer for about 5 minutes or filling it with ice and water.
- 2.Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and dip it into coarse sea salt for a salted rim.
- 3.In a cocktail shaker, add 100ml Oroma Carajillo (premixed).
- 4.Add 30ml fresh lime juice to the shaker.
- 5.Add 15ml orange liqueur (such as Cointreau) for citrus depth.
- 6.Add 15ml coconut cream for a tropical flair.
- 7.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds until well chilled.
- 8.Strain the mixture into the prepared margarita glass over fresh ice.
- 9.Garnish with a tropical touch using a slice of dehydrated orange and a small lime wheel on the rim.
- 10.Serve immediately and enjoy.
