- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Carajillo from the can, 30ml fresh lemon juice, 15ml maple syrup, and 15ml fresh egg white.
- 3.Dry shake the mixture (shake without ice) vigorously for 20 seconds to fully emulsify the egg white.
- 4.Add a handful of ice to the shaker and shake again for another 20 seconds to chill and dilute the drink to the perfect consistency.
- 5.Dump the ice water from your chilled highball glass, then strain the cocktail mixture into the glass.
