- 1.Chill a rocks glass by filling it with ice and set aside.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, combine 100ml of Oroma Carajillo.
- 3.Add 15ml of fresh lemon juice.
- 4.Measure 15ml of simple syrup and pour into the shaker.
- 5.Add ice to the shaker, filling it halfway.
- 6.Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 7.Discard ice from the rocks glass.
- 8.Double strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass.
