- 1.Chill a highball glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water, then set aside.
- 2.In a cocktail shaker, add 50ml of Oroma Carajillo from the can.
- 3.Pour 25ml of cold brew coffee into the shaker.
- 4.Add 15ml of Kahlua for an extra coffee richness.
- 5.Squeeze 10ml of fresh lime juice into the shaker to bring in a hint of summer zest.
- 6.Fill the shaker with ice, ensuring all ingredients are covered.
- 7.Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
- 8.Remove the highball glass from the freezer, discard any ice if used to chill, and fill the glass with fresh ice cubes.
- 9.Strain the shaken mixture over the ice in the highball glass.
- 10.Add 100ml of soda water to top off, giving the drink a light effervescence.
Serve the Vortex Revelry in a chilled highball glass with a lime wheel and a few coffee beans as garnish to intensify the visual and aromatic experience. Best enjoyed on a warm evening as a refreshing pick-me-up.
