- 1.Chill a rocks glass in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- 2.Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 3.Pour 100ml Oroma Espresso into the shaker.
- 4.Add 30ml fresh pineapple juice.
- 5.Add 15ml coconut cream.
- 6.Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
- 7.Add 10ml honey syrup (1:1 honey to water ratio).
- 8.Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- 9.Strain the mixture into the chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.
